The automotive industry has changed, but the “Auction Trap” has stayed exactly the same. For 40 years, I’ve watched dealers fight over the same retail-priced scraps, paying thousands in fees and transport, only to walk away with skinny margins.

I didn’t build Dealer Axis because I wanted to start a software company. I built it because I knew there had to be a better way for dealers to take back the “Street”.
