Services
Dealer Axis provides AI-powered automotive acquisition, lead qualification, and automated appointment setting services. We leverage advanced automation to identify and engage private party vehicle leads. While we strive for maximum lead quality and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every lead will result in a vehicle purchase or specific profit margin.
Territory Exclusivity
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis for market territories. Dealer Axis partners with only one dealership per agreed-upon zip code or market area to ensure our AI agent provides a competitive advantage. Failure to maintain active service may result in the release of your protected territory to a competitor.
Payments & Subscriptions
Service fees are due according to the agreed-upon billing cycle. Failure to provide timely payment may result in a temporary suspension of your AI acquisition engine and a potential loss of territory exclusivity.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., lead alerts, appointment updates, and service notifications) from Dealer Axis.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
